My mother, Evangeline Bernardino Cabarrus, was an amazing cook.

I spent hours sitting in the kitchen with her - watching, listening, and learning as she quietly worked and shared her techniques.

Mommy’s Ham is my way of honoring my mother, Vangie Cabarrus.
